We live in a society where in we are “captured”.
In general, we think we have a free and individual lives, but we forget that our choices for us in fact already have been made.
For example:
- food from the super market is often chemically and sprayed
- educational programs in schools, why do we not have at elementary school morning gym or arts?
- U.S. government that governs exchanges
My collection is a collection that seeks the boundary between "captivity" and "freedom".
It is the playfulness and freedom of my own children's drawings, combined with the limited choice of clothing and equipment, which it had in the 40s in women's fashion.
